After three enjoyable years of retirement living here in Istria, the owners have decided they wish to return to England so this house is for sale. This property was bought with the plan for renting out to holiday makers. Furniture is therefore practical rather than individual. This is an ongoing project which started as one old stone house and barn on a large plot of land.
 

The deformed barn just had to come down.

  

The walls were too bent. Years of ivy growth.
 

The house roof is removed to be raised 1metre.

  

The stairs will be repositioned and rebuilt!!
 

The house centre wall is removed.

  

And all the floors.
 

The stone is all saved in the garden.

  

In a number of piles...to be used again!
This property was bought by the owners to be used by the owners while on holiday. The large plot of land has been divided and Istra Zivot will manage the building of two new houses with swimming pools. Delay has been caused by waiting for building permission. Now received, the stone house and one new house will shortly be built and the plan is to finish both this year. Photos will be added here showing progress.
