About Us

We knew that many English people would feel the same way and therefore set up the company with the aim of reintroducing the English to Croatia in general and to Istria in particular. In fact we have succeeded in bringing people from all over the world in to this little "heaven"

We started our first full season of renting holiday houses and apartments at the beginning of 2006 once we had fully renovated our own house Hiza Suzanna.  Since we had also become licensed as a tourist agency we chose a select group of apartments locally and started to advertise "Rural holidays in Istria" Click here 

We had by this time completed a large barn renovation project in Peroj together with a good Croatian friend and another barn conversion in our own village, both properties selling to English customers.

In 2006 we started a very large stone house renovation project in the nearby village of Filipana. This came with land which now has permissions to build 2 large new houses which we are selling.

2007 saw the number of bookings for our apartments and houses more than double!
2007 also saw us project manage the renovation of the house next to our Hiza Suzanna ( now on our books as Kod Tereza) and a property which was a total ruin near to Zminj.

We are building a company which really looks after the customer. We have built up an extensive knowledge of the region and many contacts for all of our business interests.

We thrive on customer satisfaction and feel that our company and Istria have the essential ingredients needed to supply a really memorable holiday and a serious place to invest.
